Controller and scope

Sistemas Tecnológicos Agroindustriales S.A., operating commercially under the Decoratto brand, is responsible for the data processing described in this policy. This website is intended for adults acting on their own behalf or on behalf of a business; it is not directed at minors, nor do we intentionally solicit their data.

Data we may receive

We may receive data provided when initiating a commercial conversation or submitting an inquiry, such as name, business name, WhatsApp, country, city, business type and description, website, and privacy acceptance. Basic technical data and measurement cookies may also be generated when analytics services are enabled with your consent.

Purposes

Data from an inquiry is used solely to review it, contact the interested party, evaluate a potential business relationship, and follow up on the initiated conversation. It is not automatically added to promotions, newsletters, or campaigns. Any future marketing activity requires separate, optional consent.

External services

• Netlify handles website hosting and technical reception of form submissions.
• Google Analytics is used only after obtaining your consent to understand how you interact with the site using measurement cookies. You can update or revoke your preference at any time through the Manage preferences link in the footer.
• YouTube and TikTok may receive data only when a user chooses to play an embedded video. No frame is loaded and neither service is contacted before that click.
• WhatsApp applies its own terms and privacy policies when opening external links.

Data retention

An inquiry that does not result in a commercial relationship is retained for a maximum of 12 months. If you become a client or distributor, the information is transferred to the corresponding commercial file. Spam and invalid submissions may be deleted earlier.

Security

We apply reasonable access, organizational, and review measures tailored to the nature of the information. No system offers absolute security, which is why we limit requested data to the minimum necessary for commercial communication.

Access, correction, and deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to legal@decorattogt.com. To protect your information, we may request reasonable details to verify the identity or representation of the applicant.

Language and updates

This policy may be updated to reflect operational or legal changes. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
