The 260 is the modelling balloon. It measures two inches across by sixty long, so it takes the twisting without bursting and works both for table figures and for the flowers that finish an arch.
The bag holds 100 units with the colors already mixed, which is how the work actually goes. A workshop never needs a hundred balloons in one shade, just a few of each to build the whole bouquet. Standard finish, the same latex as the rest of the line.
