This is almost every decorator's first pump. It is inexpensive, needs no power, and delivers twice the output of a single-action pump without asking for more force. For setups of twenty or thirty balloons it is more than enough.
It stays useful even once there is an electric inflator in the workshop, because this is the one that travels to the venue for last-minute fixes. Replacing a balloon that popped during setup is not worth unpacking the big machine for.
The two colours are the same tool. Choosing one is preference, not performance.
