This is what makes organic decor possible. Clusters, irregular garlands and balloon walls are not held together with knots. Each balloon is glued to its neighbour, and the whole piece closes up, with no gaps and no visible frame.
The formula is made for latex, so it grips without drying out the balloon or dulling its shine, and it lifts off the wall without taking the paint with it when you strike the set. A 15 ml bottle covers several installations, because every joint asks for a single drop.
