Bubble balloons have two problems of their own. They deflate sooner than clients expect, and most ordinary treatments leave them milky, which ruins the exact thing that makes them special. This formula solves both, because it seals without costing you clarity.
The second use is the one people ask for most. Coating the inside makes confetti, foam beads and glitter cling to the balloon wall instead of piling up at the bottom. That is what makes a filled bubble balloon look even from every angle.
