Latex is porous. Helium escapes through the balloon wall, and an arrangement inflated in the morning has sagged by nightfall. The treatment seals the balloon from the inside and stretches that window from hours into days.
It changes what you can sell. With float time solved, a helium arrangement can be built the day before and delivered early, and the client can take it home without it collapsing before the party.
Both sizes are the same formula. The 120 ml is for trying it out or for low volume. The 250 ml is the one that pays off in continuous work. For bubble balloons, the product is Super Cristal Float.
